2011-06-02 · I was in the Army Guard from April 02 to Oct 05. I had a little over 3 "good" years for retirement points. During my time, I was mobilized for 1 year under Title 10 orders. I've read conflicting sources; some saying the mobilized time does or does not count towards the ARCAM. Could anyone clarify if I'm actually eligible for this award? I'm wondering because this award was not on my NGB 22
